    304不銹鋼焊管

    不銹鋼焊管:

        不銹鋼焊管,簡稱焊管,常用鋼材或鋼帶經過機組和模具卷曲成型后焊接制成的鋼管。焊接鋼管生產工藝簡單,生產效率高,品種規格多,設備投資少,但一般強度低于無縫鋼管。

    20世紀30年代以來,隨著優質帶鋼連軋生產的迅速發展以及焊接和檢驗技術的進步,焊縫質量不斷提高,焊接鋼管的品種規格日益增多,并在越來越多的領域尤其是在換熱設備用管、裝飾管、中低壓流體管等方面代替了無縫鋼管。

    焊管簡介:

    其一、小口徑不銹鋼焊管是連續在線生產,壁厚越厚,機組及溶接設備的投資就越大,它就越不具有經濟性和實用性。壁厚越薄,它的投入產出比就會相應下降;其次該產品的工藝決定它的優缺點,一般焊接鋼管精度高、壁厚均勻、管內外表光亮度高(鋼板的表面等級決定的鋼管表面亮度)、可任意定尺。因此,它在高精度、中低壓流體應用方面體現了它的經濟性及美觀性。

    根據焊接技術可分為為自動焊焊接、手工焊接。自動焊一般采用埋弧焊、等離子焊,手工焊一般采用氬弧焊

    按焊縫形式分為直縫焊管和螺旋焊管。

    按用途又分為一般焊管、換熱器管、冷凝器管、鍍鋅焊管、吹氧焊管、電線套管、公制焊管、托輥管、深井泵管、汽車用管、變壓器管、電焊薄壁管、電焊異型管和螺旋焊管

    GB/T12770-2002(機械結構用不銹鋼焊接鋼管)。主要用于機械、汽車、自行車、家具、賓館和飯店裝飾及其他機械部件與結構件。其代表材質0Cr131Cr1700Cr19Ni111Cr18Ni90Cr18Ni11Nb等。

    GB/T12771-2008(流體輸送用不銹鋼焊接鋼管)。主要用于輸送低壓腐蝕性介質。代表材質為06Cr19Ni10022Cr19Ni1006Cr19Ni110Ti00Cr170Cr18Ni11Nb06Cr17Ni12Mo2等。
